LEMON SAUCE


INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon juice - 2 fruits
  • Sugar as required
  • Corn flour – 1 tablespoon

 

Preparation

• Add one cup of water into the lemon juice concentrate.
• Add one table spoon of corn flour and heat in a pan
• Allow to heat with continuous stirring.
• Add sugar and once the sauce is thickened take off the heat

(lemon sauce is most suitable for puddings)
