BITTER GOURD COCONUT SOUP


INGREDIENTS

• Bitter gourd - 250 g 
• Onion - 100 g 
• Garlic - 6 pods 
• Green chilli - 1 
• Water - 500 ml 
• Coconut milk - 100 ml 
• Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
• Salt to taste

 

Preparation

• Cut bitter gourd and onion into small pieces, split the green chilli and crush garlic.
• Place vegetables in a deep frying pan.
• Add salt and fry lightly for 3 minutes.
• Add water and bring to a boil.
• Continue cooking on medium heat until the bitter gourd is cooked.
• Add pepper powder and coconut milk and serve hot.
