BITTER GOURD FINGER CHIPS


INGREDIENTS

• Bitter gourd - 300 g 
• Fresh green chilli, cut in half - 1 
• Vinegar - 3 teaspoon
• Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
• Salt to taste

 

Preparation

• Cut bitter gourd lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin pieces.
• Add vinegar, salt, chilli powder and green chilli.
• Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
• Drain excess liquid.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourds until they are cooked inside and crispy outside.
• Let it become cool before serving.



Variation: Lemon juice could be used instead of vinegar.
