BITTER GOURD JUICE


INGREDIENTS

• Bitter gourd - 100 g 
• Lemon - 1
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• Drinking water - 250 ml 

 

Preparation

• Wash the bitter gourd thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Remove the seeds and inner pith.
• Soak the cut pieces in water with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes. Discard the salt water.
• Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Set aside.
• Blend the bitter gourd pieces with water using a blender until it becomes a smooth paste.
• Filter the mix with a strainer, add lemon juice, and serve cold.
