BITTER GOURD NOODLE


INGREDIENTS

• Bitter gourd - 150 g 
• Noodles - 1 packet
• Cabbage - 25 g
• Carrot - 50 g 
• Green pepper, sliced - 50 g 
• Tomato - 20 g 
• Tomato sauce (optional) - 2 teaspoon
• Soya sauce (optional) - ½ teaspoon
• Salt to taste
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

 

Preparation

• Cut bitter gourd into thin slices and remove the seeds.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bitter gourd slices.
• Set aside.
• In a small saucepan, cook the noodles as directed on the noodle pack.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and on medium heat, stir-fry all the vegetables for 3 minutes.
• Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt, noodles and fried bitter gourd.
• Mix thoroughly and serve hot.
