KOHILA ALA SAMBOL


INGREDIENTS

 

• Kohila tubers - 250 g
• Salt water - 02 teaspoons 
• Red onion - 10 bulbs
• Lime juice
• Green chili - 5 capsules
• Grated maldive fish
• Handful of grated coconut

 

Preparation

• Clean and slice Kohila tubers thinly
• Wash sliced Kohila tubers and squeeze to remove water
• Add grated maldive fish, green chili, red onion and a handful of grated coconut
• Add lime juice and salt into the Kohila tuber mixture
• Mix together  and served
