KOHILA ALA PETI BEDUMA


INGREDIENTS

 

• Kohila tubers - 500 g
• Rice flour -  200g
• Egg - 1 
• Coconut milk  - 2 cups
• Thinly sliced green chili -  6-7capsules
• Chili powder - 1 Teaspoon
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt - 1 teaspoon
• Curry powder - 1 teaspoon 

 

Preparation

• Clean Kohila tubers and slice thinly
• Mix rice flour, egg, ground red onion, thinly sliced green chilies, curry powder, chili powder, salt and coconut milk together and make a mixture
• Sliced Kohila tubers are dipped in the flour mixture and deep fried
