KIRI ALA TELATA


INGREDIENTS

 

Kiriala tubers - 200 g
• Tomato - 30g
• Onions - 50 g
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
• Green chillies - 04 capsules
• Ground maldive fish - 03 tablespoons
• Curry leaves
• Piece of pandan leaf
• A piece of cinnamon bark
• Chili
• Lime
• Salt to taste

 

Preparation

• Wash and cut Kiriala tubers into small pieces
• Boil tubers with salted water and after boiling  remove the water
• Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, pandan, cinnamon bark and curry leaves
• Whistle frying, add ground maldive fish, chili, salt and roast slightly
• Add tomatoes and lime subsequently
• Finally add kiriala pieces and cook
