KIRI ALA BEDUMA


INGREDIENTS

 

Kiriala tubers - 500 g
• Eggs - 1
• Flaked Chili
• Salt
• Green chilies
• Curry leaves
• Pandan leaves
• Thinly sliced Onion
• Turmeric powder

Preparation

• Wash and cut Kiriala tubers into small pieces
• Clean yams to remove outer skin
• Add green chilies, pandan and curry leaves, thinly sliced onion, flaked chili and an egg
• Add salt and turmeric powder in small quantities, mix well and sauté
