MAU ALA CURRY


INGREDIENTS

Mauala tubers – 500g
• Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
• Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
• Garcinia – (goraka)
• Turmeric powder
• Cinnamon  - 1 Piece
• Green chilies - 5 capsules
• Red onion -05 to 06 bulb
• Garlic
• Coconut milk - 1 Cup
• Pandan and curry leaves

Preparation

• Wash and cut the yellow part of Mauala tubers into small pieces
• Add turmeric powder, spices, chili, garlic, pandan, cinnamon, green peppers, red onions, garlic, curry leaves and boil
• Mix coconut milk and heat until it comes to a boil
