SEWEL ALA CURRY


INGREDIENTS

Sewelala tubers - 500 g
• Curry powder  - 01 teaspoon
• Chili powder - 1 to 1/2 teaspoons
• Garcinia
• Pandan and curry leaves
• Coconut milk  - 1 to 1/2 cups
• Small amount of salt

 

Preparation

• Cut sewelala tubers into small pieces after cleaning and washing thoroughly
• Add spices, pandan, garlic, curry leaves and boil
• Mix coconut milk and heat until it comes to a boil
