INGREDIENTS

Sewelala tubers -500 g
• Turmeric powder
• Curry leaves
• Pandan leaves
• 02 cardamom seeds
• Chili powder  - 04 teaspoons of pieces
• Big onion -02 bulbs
• Salt to taste

 

Preparation

• Boil sewelala tubers and peel to remove the outer skin
• Cut into small pieces
• Add turmeric powder, curry leaves, pandan leaves, cardamom seeds, chili powder, big onion and salt to taste and sauté
