BOILED AARTICHOCK


INGREDIENTS

  • Aarṭichock tubers - 500 g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt
  • Grated Coconut (from half of coconut)

Preparation

• Wash and cut Aarṭichock tubers
• Add pieces of Aarṭichock tubers and enough water into a pot
• Boil for about twenty minutes
• Boiled Aarṭichock tubers can be served with grated Coconut and salt
