RELBURULLA CURRY


INGREDIENTS

Relburulla tubers- 500 g
• Small amount of salt
• Chili powder - 03 teaspoons
• Red onion- 5 bulbs
• Green chilies  - 3 capsules
• Coconut milk  - 2 cups
• Turmeric powder
• Piece of Pandan leaf
• Curry leaves

 

Preparation

• Wash Relburulla tubers and cut into pieces
• Mix salt, chili powder, red onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, pandan and curry leaves with Relburulla pieces
• Add coconut milk and cook
