INGREDIENTS

  • Kidaran ala tubers - 1kg
  • Salt

Preparation

• Clean removing outer skin of Kidaran ala tubers
• Cut into pieces
• Boil with water and enough quantity of salt to taste
• Boiled tubers can be served with grated coconut or lunumiris
