BOILED HULANKEERIYA


INGREDIENTS

  • Hulankeeriya tubers– 500g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt

Preparation

• Peal the outer skin of the Hulankeeriya tubers and put into a clay pot
• Add small amount of salt
• Boil for half or one and half hour, until soft
• After boiling, remove thick skin of Hulankeeriya before severing
