INGREDIENTS
Preparation
• Grind Buthsarana tubers and mix with water
• Allow the flour to sediment
• Remove water and add rice flour, sugar, coconut milk and small amount of salt
• Heat the mixture to make a soft, thick mixture
• Spread the mixture on a tray and cut in to pieces
