THUNMAS ALA BEDUMA


INGREDIENTS

  • Thunmas ala tubers -500g
  • Chili pieces - 4 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder- small amount
  • Garlic – one bulb
  • Onions – 2 bulbs
  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves
  • Cardamom seeds
  • Salt to taste

 

Preparation


• Boil Thunmas ala tubers and peels off
• Cut into small pieces
• Add turmeric powder, sliced onions, chili powder, garlic, curry leaves, pandan leaves, salt and cardamom and sauté
