THUNMAS ALA CURRY


INGREDIENTS

  • Thunmas ala - 500 g
  • Garlic - 2 bulbs
  • Curry powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan leaf
  • Onion - 4 bulbs
  • Coconut milk (half of coconut)

 

Preparation


• Clean Thunmas ala tubers and cut into small pieces
• Mix garlic, curry powder, pandan and curry leaves, onion and salt to taste with Thunmas ala pieces and boil
• Add coconut milk and heat until it comes to a boil
