HABARALA BEDUMA


INGREDIENTS

  • Habarala tubers - 250g
  • Flaked chili - 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder
  • Small amount of salt
  • Onion
  • Pandan and curry leaves

Preparation


• Cut Habarala tubers into small slices (chips)  
• Mix with flaked chili, turmeric powder, salt to taste, sliced onions, curry leaves and pandan leaves and subsequently deep fry the chips until golden brown
