MANIOC CURRY


INGREDIENTS

  • Manioc tubers – 500g
  • Green chili - 4 capsules
  • Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic-2 bulbs
  • Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Small amount of Turmeric powder
  • Fenugreek
  • Coconut milk (from half a coconut)
  • Onion – 6 bulbs
  • Small amount of Salt

 

Preparation


• Peal manioc tubers and cut in to small pieces
• Boil in hot water
• Remove water after boiling
• Add all green chili, chili powder, garlic, curry powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek, onion and coconut milk and cook
• Add salt to taste
