MANIOC MELLUMA


INGREDIENTS


• Manioc - 500g
• Grated coconut (from half of coconut)
• Chili (Kochchi) 7-8 pods
• Onion - 5-6 bulbs
• Garlic – 2 bulbs
• Small amount of salt
• Cumin seeds 3-4
• Coriander - 3-4 seeds
• Salt - 2 teaspoons


Preparation


• Peal manioc tubers and cut into small pieces
• Boil in hot water
• Remove water after boiling
• Grind grated coconut with chili (kochchi), onion, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and salt  and add into boiled manioc
• Mix well and served
