BOILED BATHALA


INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet potato - 500 g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt
  • Grated coconut(from half of coconut)

 

Preparation


• Wash and cut sweet potato
• Boil the pieces of sweet potato with enough water to submerge the pieces of tubers  
• Discard the water once boiled , add salt and heat till the water evaporate
• Boiled Sweet potato is served with  grated coconut and salt to taste
