BOILED KATU ALA


INGREDIENTS

  • Katuala - 500 g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt
  • Grated coconut(from half of coconut)

 

Preparation


• Wash and cut Katuala tubers
• Add pieces of Katuala tubers into a pot filled with water and salt to taste and boil until tender
• Boiled Katuala can be served with grated coconut sambol
