DANDINA KENDA


INGREDIENTS

  • Dandina tubers- 500 grams or Dandina tuber flour - 250 g
  • Coconut milk
  • Pandan and curry leaves
  • Garlic – 4-5 bulbs
  • Small amount of salt

 

Preparation


• Boil Dandina tubers in a clay pot filled with water and smash when cooked
• To the smashed / powered Dandina tubers, add coconut milk, pandan & curry leaves, garlic and mix together.
• Heat the mixture, add salt to taste and allow the mixture to boil, and immediately remove from the heat subsequently and served.
