DANDINA SOUP


INGREDIENTS

  • Dandina tubers- 1 kg
  • Red onion-100 g
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Margarine
  • Sterilized milk or milk powder
  • White color potion of leek – 100g

 

Preparation


• Add margarine into a pan and heat.
• Once the margarine is melted add sliced onion, and leeks
• Cut Dandina tubers into pieces and wash
• Add Dandina tuber pieces into the pan with leeks and onion mixture add water
• Boil the mixture
• Smash the boiled ingredients and add salt to taste
• Add milk powder or Sterilized milk depending on preference and serve the soup.
