BOILED UDALA KODOL


INGREDIENTS

  • Udala tubers - 500 g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt
  • Grated coconut(from half of coconut)

 

Preparation


• Boil Udala tubers
• Once the tubers are fully cooked (cracks will be appearing across the tubers), Peal the tubers.
• Boiled Udala can be served with grated coconut and salt to taste
