CEYLON OAK FLOWERS


INGREDIENTS

 

  • Ceylon oak flowers
  • Curry powder
  • Chili powder
  • Garcinia
  • Salt
  • Coconut milk

 

Preparation

• Remove petals, Sepals from Ceylon oak flowers to take female reproductive part of the flower (Egg cells).
• Boil separated female reproductive part of the flower with garcinia and salt.
• After boiling remove the water
• Add curry powder, chili powder and salt to test, coconut milk and cook
• Sauté the curry to increase the taste
