GREEN MANGO SALAD


INGREDIENTS

 

• Medium Green mangoes, shredded - 2 
• Green chillies, chopped - 1 
• Juggery or brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
• Ginger, chopped - 1/2 teaspoon
• Mustard powder - 1/8 teaspoon
• Peanuts - 1/4 cup 
• Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
• Salt to taste

 

 

 

Preparation

• Pound the green chillie, ginger and juggery into a paste using a motar and pestle.
• Add peanut and pound till coarse.
• Next add all the other ingredients and pound to for a minutes or so.
• Refrigerate for about 30 mins and serve
