• Rice flour (fried) - 200 g
  • Wheat flour - 50 g
  • Eggs - 2
  • Margarine - 20 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato juice / spinach juice

• Mix together rice flour, wheat flour, eggs, margarine and salt
• Separate the mixture into two part
• Make a dough from one part of mixture adding leaf juice of spinach
• Make a dough from the other part of mixture adding tomato juice
• Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a broad, thin sheet
• Cut the sheet of dough into pasta (3 mm tapes)
• Add margarine and salt into water and boil
• Cook pasta three to five minutes in boiling water
• Wash pasta after boiling using cold water
• Mix garlic, ginger, curry leaves, pepper, salt, carrots, Leeks and sauté
