MARMALADE


INGREDIENTS

  • Sour Orange - 6 fruits
  • Water - 5L
  • Sugar – 500 g

 

Preparation

• Wash the oranges properly and wipe, subsequently cut the fruit into two and squeeze the juice
• Thinly slice the peel of the oranges
• Add the orange juice and the thinly sliced orange peels into 1.5 litres of water leave overnight.
• Subsequently remove the orange peels from the juice, add 500 grams of sugar and heat.
• Once the mixture thickens, allow to cool and pour it into a bottle.
