EMBERELLA (HOG PLUMS) DOSI


INGREDIENTS

  • Emberella (hog plums) – 10 fruits
  • Cinnamon bark and cloves – 4
  • Sugar - 300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - ¼ cup

 

Preparation

• Clean the Emberella (hog plums) fruits and peal the skin and poke the fruit using a fork
• Add 300 grams of sugar, salt to taste in ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil
• Subsequently add the cleaned Emberella (hog plums) fruits and allow to cook.
